Your next baking day, with a plan

Free Daily Baking Planner: Organize Your Day with BakersPro

Plan baking, prep, shopping and regular tasks with BakersPro’s free daily planner. Follow a simple home-baker routine, then connect your next business step.

Imagine opening your phone in the morning and seeing what to bake, what to prepare and what to buy before you start. BakersPro’s free daily planner gives home bakers and small baking businesses a practical place for those lists. You can plan without paying for a subscription; an account and sign-in are required.

What can you do in the free BakersPro planner?

The planner supports reminders and saved checklist templates. Reminder delivery depends on your settings, device permissions and connectivity; keep a separate reliable arrangement for safety-critical or contractual deadlines. Planner tasks are not automatically confirmed customer orders.

A simple daily baking routine you can copy

  1. Choose tomorrow’s real work. Add “Prepare Saturday cupcake collection” to your baking plan, with the date and a note about the agreed quantity.
  2. Separate preparation from decorating. Add your own recipe’s preparation, cooling, finishing and packing steps. Use food-safety guidance appropriate to your products rather than copying a generic timetable.
  3. Check supplies before shopping. List the boxes, boards and ingredients you actually need. Check quantities and supplier information yourself; a shopping list is not an automatic stock count.
  4. Leave room for real life. Include equipment availability and cleanup. Move or revise a plan when the workload changes.
  5. Close the day. Mark completed work and review unfinished tasks before making the next plan.

Plan the week without making every day feel full

If you bake around a job, family responsibilities or shared kitchen time, start with the hours you genuinely have. Set a regular task for reviewing enquiries or checking packaging. A clear list helps you see the work you have chosen; it does not create extra production capacity.

How to get the free planner

  1. Download BakersPro from the App Store or Google Play and use the latest available version.
  2. Create an account or sign in, then follow the app’s Free access setup. The entry sequence can differ for new, returning and subscribed accounts.
  3. Open your planner and add one baking plan, one preparation list and one shopping list. Subscribers may see the name Weekly Planner.

Free planner access does not require a paid subscription. If you cannot find it, use BakersPro support rather than subscribing just to find the planner. App-store availability and update timing can differ by device and region.

When your plan becomes a customer order

Your free plan can be the starting point. When you need to calculate a selling price, connect a customer to an order, prepare an invoice or review business records, BakersPro also provides protected business workflows under the trial or subscription terms shown in the app. See order management, costing and bookkeeping preparation with BakersPro. Do not treat a checklist entry as a booking confirmation or payment record.

General planning guidance, not food-safety or professional advice. No productivity, income or reminder-delivery outcome is guaranteed. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
